A. For students

DIGITIAN’s  summer associate (SA) program is a springboard to your whole career. It’s an ideal opportunity for undergraduates and MB students to get experience of the  real business world.

The SA is for  7-10 , intensive weeks—starting with one week business skills training. At  the end of course you will get a certificate and stipend on a monthly basis.

The  job role for SA and FA  will be similar

  • Work closely with full­-time consultants[who will provide coaching and mentoring]
  • Work with clients from Large corporate, midsize firms, nonprofits and start-ups across many fast­ changing industries like consumer goods and retail, technology and telecommunications, financial services, industrial products, private equity and more
  • Present the results of your work to partners and clients
  • Apply knowledge and skills from your first year of business school and gain access to an unparalleled range and depth of opportunities

DIGITIAN’s  Flexi Associates (SA) program is a unique Programme actually to develop skill level within DIGITIAN Group and we are sure this  programme will work as  a  practical knowledge gainer  and also as a springboard to your whole career. It’s an ideal opportunity for undergraduates and MB students to get experience of the  real business world.

The FA is throughout the year,  but the only requirement is  to commit  4 hours a day and 16 hours a week.  The second requirement is  of having a computer and Internet connection at Home.  Work will be in the form of  assignments on Industry and product research, Analytics of markets and industry  and required training  will be given  so that —starting with  1 day of  business skills training per 4 weeks . You will get a certificate only if you complete 24 functional weeks as FA.

Our internship program for undergrads provides broad exposure to the consulting industry and to business strategy with in­-depth training and continuous, hands-­on learning through full-­time immersion on a DIGITIAN  team. After training, you are immediately assigned to an active case (and you may be asked to travel to the client site).

While the ACI program is a vigorous learning experience, ICs also have the opportunity for enriching activities such as meetings with  practice area leaders and social events.  The programmes run for 6 month to 1 year. Depending upon vacancy they may absorbed as

As a DIGITIAN IC, your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. You will be placed in the thick of the action as you work side by side with some of the best in the business.

B. For Professionals :

As a DIGITIAN Global consultant, you’re on your way to becoming a successful consultant. With more autonomy, responsibility and leadership opportunities, you will   become a true business professional.

After one successful years as an Intern Consultant, the next step would be a promotion to Associate consultant (AC). In this role, you will be a more experienced member of the team and involved more deeply in all aspects of the consulting process. Most people are ACs for two years; following that, and assuming they show strong analytical and leadership potential, they will be promoted to consultant. Some SACs decide this a good time in their career to move on to a new external opportunity (such as a private equity firm, corporation, start­-up or non-profit) or pursue an advanced degree at one of the business graduate schools.

Consultants have enough experience to ask the right questions, they  are the linchpins of what we do. If you’re an ambitious business school graduate, advanced degree holder or experienced professional who yearns to work with the brightest, most curious minds, then we’d love you to join our team. New Consultants often travel and work on projects from the start.  You’ll have a lot of freedom in how you structure your tasks

The job role involves :

  • Research the client organization and industry;
  • Plan interview, facilitate workshops and conduct focus groups with management teams and other stakeholders
  • Identify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis;
  • translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision makers..
  • Ddevelop a plan to implement the strategic recommendations; manage the execution.
  • Be a mentor to junior team members.

The DIGITIAN Team Leader (DTL) role break down complex problems into discrete tasks. DIGITIAN invests heavily in this role, and you’ll quickly evolve both professionally and personally as you progress through the firm.

As a DIGITIAN Team Leader (DTL), you are a manager in training and assume a great deal of responsibility. You learn to manage the entire analytical process, become an expert on the client’s issues and industry, and recommend solutions that make a real impact. DTLs play a more significant role in influencing senior-­level thinking and moving clients to action. You are also encouraged to apply the talents of your Team members to support a particular social cause. You have to have an effective leadership

The next step for a successful CTL is promotion to Engagement Manager, followed by Principal and eventually Partner, depending on performance.

DIGITIAN Engagement Managers (EMs), are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. It’s a role that demands thought leadership at the strategic level – and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. With clients, Engagement Managers maintain relationships over an extended period, advising them even on issues outside the scope of current DIGITIAN work.

 

You’ll play a critical leadership role in your office, taking on the coordination of training, professional standards alignment and social impact initiatives.   Additionally, managers take a larger role in supporting the growth and sustainability of the business. As you hone your industry and functional knowledge, you’ll help build firm assets and begin to generate business opportunities with potential clients.

Principals are our content experts and lead complex client projects. They play a central role, alongside our Partners,  in client relationships and commercial processes. They manage  relationship with senior clients. Principals think like CEOs, and consistently bring innovative thinking and executive insight to the table. They are also social impact leaders.

As key leaders in the organization, our principals take on a greater role in client development: As a principal, you’ll develop and inspire your teams with your strategic vision and proven leadership skills, while continuing to build your own personal results story.

Partners are influential leaders in industries, and the leaders of our firm. To become a Partner here you must have your own an area of expertise, be among the best in the Industry at building long-term relationships with executives at Global  companies.

Partner’s role includes :

  • Develop rewarding client relationships and build business success stories
  • Be a major contributor to the growth of the firm, both internally and externally ,
  • Be committed , along with your project team, for scripting innovative strategies and achieving results
  • Play pivotal roles in key internal processes such as training, recruiting, coaching and social corporate responsibility
